MY CONTRIBUTION

As a full-time full stack engineer at SquareBoat, I actively contributed to the development of "Navigator," our in-house employee management tool. This comprehensive platform, focused on enhancing employee productivity and streamlining administrative processes, integrates various functionalities to facilitate efficient management of employee-related operations. Below are the key features and contributions I made to the project:

Key Features and Contributions:

1. Frontend Development:

   • Primarily focused on frontend development using React.js to create an intuitive and responsive user interface.

   • Implemented user-friendly components and interfaces to enhance the overall user experience.

2. Feature Implementation:

   • Attendance Management: Developed a robust attendance management system to track and manage employee attendance efficiently.

   • WFH Application and Tracking: Implemented a streamlined process for Work From Home (WFH) applications and tracking, allowing for better management of remote work.

   • Work Log Management: Created a comprehensive work log management feature to track and record employee activities and tasks.

   • Asset Management: Developed an asset management system to keep track of company assets assigned to employees.

3. Payment Gateway Integration:

   • Seamlessly integrated the Stripe payment gateway to facilitate secure and smooth transactions within the platform.

   • Ensured compliance with security standards and optimized the payment process for better user experience.

4. Enhanced Productivity and Efficiency:

   • Played a significant role in enhancing employee productivity and streamlining administrative processes.

   • Contributed to the overall efficiency of SquareBoat by implementing tools and features that simplify daily operations.
